Errors after Upgrade to 3.3.0 and 3.3.1

Hi,

I got some errors after upgrading... again :-(

First I did an update from 3.2.6 to 3.3.0 as described in the readme.

After this I don't see the embed-codes after uploading


And, under settings in the dashboard, the part "Content" is empty



Second I did an update from 3.3.0 to 3.3.1, hoping this will eliminate the errors, but they stay...
Would you be so kind and help me to fix this ?!

Aaaargh.... I forgot to update my custom theme... Sorry!

I've done the same. I now update the theme right before I run the install as I've had issues to where the install won't work (can't login) without the dashboard being organized a certain way.
