If you have external storage do ensure that they are configured again once properly.
make sure the http server have access to write to folders. I mean fix the permission of the folders if they are change in case you used wrong user to do some task.
make sure the Nginx rules are as per the document
restart both php and nginx and try one more time

I checked my external storage configuration is not wrong, and the old version I am using works completely normal, and only error after update
