[Chev3]Server error - Internal server error when upload images

I got this error when I tried to upload images.

And besides, I got a 404 error when I tried to login, go to admin, etc
My site is: http://v2.titank.com/

Please help, thank you!

I got it fixed. Error caused by mod rewrite problem.
