Changing color on hover

I am having an issue trying to change the color from blue on hover to red.

The main button in the hompage, got that one.

.btn.accent:not(.outline):hover { color: var(--buttonAccentHoverText); background: red }

But the rest of the website, sill blue on hover on the icons.

I would appreciate some help if anyone has a solution?
