Can't upload Home-Cover Image after Upgrade to 3.8.3

Hello, after I Upgraded to 3.8.3 my Homecover Image disappeared and I am not able to upload a new image. I added two Screenshots in the hope that that helps. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this error?

This is very odd, 3.8.3 didn't touched that.

Can you send us FTP and admin login details to inbox@chevereto.com?

Problem is that your server isn't logging anything. Even using error_log("some"); doesn't log anything. I'm afraid that I can't help you, your doesn't allow us to detect what going wrong.

What you can do here (if you don't want to fix your server) is simply manually upload the homepage cover image here:

Unless you get error_log to work we can't do anything else at this time.
