Using the image moderation service now increases the upload time.
It would be nice if there was an option to move the moderation to somewhere else, like cron.

It is true. For those who are using option to block the upload it can be during the upload.

Where as for those who is using to flag the NSFW. It should be done via cron as it is increasing the upload time by 5 to 10 time.

Example: upload happens quickly almost in 2 second where as if we enable moderatecontent it is taking like 6 to 10 seconds
