Assign Age Requirement to Category

Hi there again,

I would like the option to define an age limit to specific categories. I'd like to create a XXX category, and when it's accessed it 1) Uses a birthday defined in the user's profile and grants access to that category or 2) Asks the user for their birthday and then grants access
