API for new images

💡Describe your Feature request

It would be awesome if chevereto would allow to catch the latest changes such as new images via API. This would allow us to (my example) fetch changes for IRC, Discord or other services -bots. Moderating the site is then easier because moderators do get a livefeed informed via IRC, Discord and co of new images being posted.

Serveral websites do allow such a API.

🔥Interest outside our community

With such a JSON API it's possible to easasly build scripts on our websites that run "latest update" trackers.
