Anyone Running Ads other than Adsense?

I've got Adsense running on my site with no problems.
But I'd like to ask if there is anyone who is running something other than Adsense?

Do you mind me asking how do you serve the ads?
I'm using Infolinks on a few sites with no problem but I cannot get the ads to display correctly on Chevereto. Infolinks uses an Ad Server with a plugin and some javascript.
