I need some custom things and fixes for my site anyone good with PHP

bro i need some fixes and a few mods

1) i need navigation buttons to show on every page
2) i want viewer links only displayed on the site and disable showing direct links
3) need a fix with multi local and remote upload its currently not workin
4) i want to change the 3 (728x90 banners) with 3 (300x250 banners) shud be side by side

can u give me a quote maybe others i will think still

Basically, If someone clients on contact or TOS (any page) it will show all links in the tabbed forum it's already in?

Already been discussed numberous times in the forum, so shouldn't be hard.

I don't see why not, this could be a server-side config.

4) i want to change the 3 (728x90 banners) with 3 (300x250 banners) shud be side by side

Banners are tricky with this theme, hence why they recommend a building a theme.
