An announcement panel plugin that will only appear on the main page, can be edited from the admin panel, can be opened and closed when desired, or will open only once when users visit the page can be very good.
The purpose of use may be primarily for the announcement of new features after the installation of the plugins developed by chevereto on the site. this can show users that the site is constantly developing, or it may be interesting for users to celebrate various national and religious holidays of countries in this announcement panel.

It's usually seen on forum sites, but I've never seen such a feature on any image upload site.
