Allow admins to search for users via email as advanced search option in global search

Basically what the title says. Peviously, chevereto allowed everyone to search email address in global search. It has been removed since v4.0.8 as it concerns privacy. Which is right.
However, having an ability to search for users via email address is a necessity for admins in order to quickly find an account in the event when username is not known. We already have advanced search option in global search, and an option to search email address for admins can be added to it.
