hi, is there any simple admin panel, that i dont need database? That i have access to look at latest uploads, / on all uploads and delete images if need'd ?? or is it coming at 3.0 Z_Z

It is most definitely possible to have an admin/user/image management system without a SQL database. It's called a flat-file.

Not recommended, but possible.
