Would be nice to have this option to toggle the first time someone setups an account and then the first time they try to upload with them having to click they agree. This is great for guests but once someone is a member the usually might never see that and it would be great for posting site rules one time for users to have to agree. It would help cut down on double posts of similar content a bit. As if they do it and have been warned they can be deleted 😛
