Add custom fields for each image

Hello,

First of all, cheers to @Rodolfo, I just discovered Chevereto a week ago, and it's a pretty sleek piece of software.
And having an open source version is a great - and generous - way of trying the software before switching to paid version.

So now my question:
Is there any tutorial / step-by-step guide to add custom fields to each image?
Let's say I want to add a source_url for example, or a comment on top of the already existing "title", "album", "category", "safe / unsafe" and "description" fields.

Many thanks in advance to those who will be able to help.
