Ability to "opt out" of displaying in Recent Images

Due to Imgur, I'm getting lots of folks signing up, moving their works to my server (which is fandom based). A few people aren't or are forgetting to mark their NSFW images as such and so they show up in Recent Images as NSFW. This is generally fine (no one has complained, but fandom takes all kinds - from puritans to hedonists) but I was wondering if there could be a setting, either on the image level or (more likely) on the user level that would prevent people's images from displaying in Recents. I'd leave them elsewhere (Trending, etc) but would just like to be able to exclude them in Recents.
