I see that there is a very strong possibility of ranks being added in 4.0 along with features that we can limit to ranks like premium accounts vs non premium accounts. There's one feature I would like to add to it: Allow a certain rank (ie: moderator) to award a limited amount of premium accounts each month.

I think this could be a great staff benefit, by allowing staff of an image host to give out premium account, but, have an admin (main owner) set limit of maximum accounts allowed to give out each month.
