Hello to all. Tell us we have the functionality of image verification for duplicates at boot, if there is, then where it is included, I did not find it in the settings?

Another question is how the pictures are deleted from the server, when choosing the settings for temporary storage of pictures that the guests uploaded, did not find any settings for the CRON type of the task, etc.?
