    Is there have a problem of the URL uploads？

    3.20.10 (coqueto) PHP7.4 In this latest version. When I choose to open the the URLs upload It can work in this page. But when i refresh the page, the function of Urls upload was close... (The function of urls upload was always on in the past time that the version was 3.17)
