V3.5.5 images uploaded with perm 600 and external storage not working?

Hi Rodolfo,

Just updated to 3.5.5

2 problems, when I upload images to the site, original images are tagged with 600 permissions and hence it's not viewable. However thumbnails created are 644 so its viewable.

Also, I have set up an external storage but uploaded files are still being stored in local.

Wondering if it's a problem at my side?

You need to tick "active" after adding the external storage to make it active.
