[v3] Parse error loader.php

Cannot access/install v3.0.0

I got this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/user/public_html/domain.com/app/loader.php on line 20

You have to set your host to use PHP 5.4, GoDaddy for example uses 5.3 as default. If you are using GoDaddy this can be done by going to the Hosting Details, then going Settings > Programming Language.
