Timeouts, invalid arguments & bogus version errors

I am not sure why we are getting so many of the errors mentioned in the title. We are getting the same on two separate servers, which are dedicated and run an average load of about .05-.20. Pages will freeze up and return a timeout error, even when server load is near zero. I have pasted below some examples, which we are receiving thousands of these daily.

Hi James,

I'm sorry to hear about your issue but unfortunately I can help you with that. Chevereto is in the script layer, which is just below the server layer. You are experiencing issues with your server, not Chevereto.

Also, I don't use that proxy module so I don't have any experience with that, therefore I can't help you.

I understand that it would ultimately be a server issue (as the code is installed on the server), but when the same issues happen on multiple
servers with varied setups, would that not dictate that script interaction could be the cause of the issues?

No, that's not accurate.

When an issue happens only to one person is clearly a local issue. This is the very first time that I hear about somebody with this issue in Chevereto and the system has a large user base so it is very clear that is a local issue.

The only way to actually associate this with Chevereto if more people report the same incident so until now this is just a local issue.

I know that is frustrating to read this from your perspective, but also try to understand that at Chevereto I can't provide you with support for every single element of your server.

Yes, I fully understand. Overall this script is AWESOME... and I am still very, very happy with my purchase. I just need to tweek my config setting to see if I can resolve.

Don't take me wrong, I wish I could help you but I don't use that module and since the issue is outside of the scope of support I have to take step aside.

Hope that is a silly issue (most server issues are silly stuff) and hopefully you will get it sorted out soon.
