Network license upgrade ?

Hi,

I paid $70.00 for a core license. I can now upgrade to the network license for $10.00:

You can purchase a license upgrade for your Core license. The fee for this upgrade is $10.

The network license currently costs $30.00. If I upgraded I would have paid $80 in total.

Can I please get a free upgrade?
