Mobile uploads doesn't work after upgrade to 3.9.0 (guest uploads off)

Hello.

After upgrading i can no longer upload photos from mobile devices (phone / tablet). I tried both on IOS and Android systems. demo.chevereto.com seems to be ok from mobile, my website not 🙁
From desktop PC, everything is ok.

OS: Ubuntu server 16.04 LTS
PHP 7.0.15 + Apache2

I do not find any errors in my system logs (apache)

Please help!

Update: with "guest uploads" enabled, it is working (for guests and autenthificated users).
If i disable guest uploads, back to problem.

And i don't want to allow guests to upload photos.
