Issue while transfering to new host images missing

I am trying transfer my installation to a new host.
I transferred all files via FTP and database via phpmyadmin (database only 15 MB)
However many of my images are missing in the new host
I noticed that my Chevereto dashboard showing 7GB disk usage but the size of the full installation directory which I downloaded showing only 2.8 GB
At first, I thought I did not download the full installation directory from the current host.
But I tried to repeat the same process 4-5 times by downloading the full installation directory from current server and uploading it via FTP to new server.

any help will be appreciated
