I'd like to suggest that the Description and Title for the image be on the upload page and not require you to click the "edit pen".
For example.
Right now the guest has to click this little bitty button to add a description:

Which can lead to users not doing that, just uploading and moving on. Which is bad for SEO.
I'd like this screen "The little edit pen screen" to be available on the first upload screen to encourage users to add a title and description:
