Maybe I am offtopic but I have no idea where else to ask this kind of short question... Can I upgrade directly from 3.0.2 to 3.1?

Yes but in that cases the "affected files" is the stock of all the previous updates so in those cases the best is just to replace all but not app/settings.php. Of course that you don't need to touch /images and /content
 
chevereto\app\themes\Peafowl\explore.php not explorer.php

I can't save changes, i tried to set the user id for home page but the value disappears even though i get the "Changes have been saved." message, same thing for the explore setting.

Did you run install.php?
 
Some updates doesn't need DB handle, this one does. So to make it more friendly just run install.php (you need to also re-upload /app/install) and the system will know that it needs to upgrade not to clean install. ;)

Where is it possible to change the home page? i dont find any config.

Like ChainKiller i updated it manually, and now if i use install.php it says "your website is already updated",

request for next update if possible? :

front page choice : featured user (as now with ID) or explorer images as in the demo

logo upload from admin -> it reverts to original after update

if guest upload is disabled some kind of notice or msg on the uploader Before! he/she can even use it ?

Guests can use the upload form and see:

No image have been uploaded
Some errors have occured and the system couldn't process your request.
Upload or cancel
Uploading or cancelcancel remaining
Note: Some images couldn't be uploaded. learn more
Check the error report for more information.
