can i transfer the registration key to a new domain name?

I am using cheverto's source code for an old domain name. And now I want to move this source code and registry key to the new domain. What I have to do .

- i have download releases intall
- i have database from old domain
- I moved all the data from the old domain name to the new domain name

Can i install it and use old license ?
