Another pre-upload editor issue

Similar to the now fixed pre-upload editor compression issue, I have found another bug with it. I've already confirmed it with the demo.

When you pre-upload an image, edit the image name or what have you and then press submit all is fine. But if you then check the "Not family safe upload" box (below the green button) it will still upload the image as Safe.

Here is a screencast of me doing so on the demo. Sorry its so fast, but I had to limit it to 15 seconds

Not a bug, here is the explanation:

When you edit an individual image, the system ask you about the NSFW flag and if you do some changes then that particular upload gets labeled based on the single edit, not in the overall "not safe" checkbox. I know that is odd but that is a design flaw not a bug. A bug is when something doesn't work as expected, not when something wasn't designed properly. The uploader has been patched several times already and it needs a make over. That's not a bug, that's a design flaw.

Okay, I wasn't quite sure where to post it, I just knew that it wasn't working properly. But now that you're aware of the issue, all is right with the world.
