Well, as many can see this forum is growing and growing.
Everyday we get different people from different countries speaking english, spanish french ...
My suggestion would be for every main language of the board (presently the 3 I mentioned ) to create a different category for each.

In part is a good idea but is also a bad idea...
Think about this, the forum will be divided. Some guy will post about some issue in English and it's likely that some other user post the same but in other language... It will be hard to follow up the threads.
The global use of English either in the forum, the next web and documentation is to make common things and not complicate the whole project.
