1. Yes, it's commercial
2. It's not difficult to migrate from 1.91 to 2.0. The file sistem is the same by now (will change when dB comes up).
3. Yes, should be 1.0 but in order to make difference all the 1.X code will be named just NB
4. There is a problem with zip upload... Single file size. Using individual multiupload we can upload many pictures at once triggering the uploader for each one and not just for one big file.
5. Themes like wordpress system.
6. No mysql by now but it's scheduled for 3.0

There is no release date so far... But when I finish the code I will set up a live demo, is likely that from that point the script will be released soon.

The license is just commercial (no open source) but it's "open source model" meaning that the code it's not encoded but you can't freely distribute. Get it?

I have plans for admin page for 2.X without dB needs... It's not too hard and is just the approach.
About pricing and license
it will be the most killer price ever almost in this category of scripts and the license terms will be also the most sweet thing ever. I really don't want to spoil this surprise for you, but will be between 20 and 50 usd... Try to guess.
All topics concerning pricing+license will be announced once the live demo is up... Stay tunned.

Rodolfo one more question, the folder system stays the same ? One image folder for all the images ? Because i have 64k images in one folder and im afraid that i will have problems with that for example

Is the same system... YOu should have no problem if you make changes ussing ssh like "move" or "rename".

No , i understand that i will not have any problems with placing images in new engine, i mean that isn't it a problem that in one folder there is already 65k images ? Maybe you can implement something like folders with dates ? I don't even know how much files in one folder can FreeBSD handle

Ahhh I see. It's not likely to have that kind of file system at this moment, but eventually with dB I will change that.
