the domain it self actually sounds funny smile  up.sa = upsa ( sort of like woops on danish/swedish ) hehe

rest of the page looks nice.
I might try and make the footer a bit smaller, it you dont have the scroll down ( unless its just on my screen )

regarding not being able to choose upload, then i dont have a issue with that, works fine for me.

Your .png upload is wrong, in my test the upload failed ? ..jpeg works
