Topic: Image Alt Tag

What is the best way to automatically add image alt tag? For example, when on page http://demo.chevereto.com/images/Ym7ON.jpg , I want to be able to see a description of the image when mouse is over image.

It is not possible to add image tags to an image accessed by a direct link.
That link just shows an image. It doesn't have any HTML that you can edit to add tags.

Thank alexvf. How about this link: http://demo.chevereto.com/?v=6MrqP.jpg I want to be able to add image tags to it, also when someone clicks on the image I want it to load another image in the same window that is stored on the site. Thank you!
