As you may know, we are preparing a commercial version of Chevereto from scratch. We are pleased to announce 5 of the almost 20 new mayor features.

1. User accounts
Now the users can create their own accounts, manage and edit their images, etc.

2. Admin panel
Allows you to manage all the uploaded images, users, general options, and a huge etc.

3. Folder managment
This is about handling directory trees to the uploaded images. It helps performance since the images are uploaded in a bunch of folders and not just one endless directory. This also includes set up the max disk usage.

4. Skins
This is one of the most interesting new features and it's definitely a must have and yes.. We are not going to use smarty. The theme support will be most likely in the wordpress way with full custom php and easy power customization. And the script will be included with 2 skins: 1. A legacy skin (pretty similar to the actual look) + 2. A re-maked up new skin.

5. Multi-upload
Did you think that we miss that? Multi upload will finally meets Chevereto!

That's just a small preview, we have a full set up of new functions including.... Well, I will not tell!
