Creo que seria bueno que hiciéramos una lista con los host donde corre el script. Indiquen si es necesaria una modificación especial.

000webhost.com funciona, pero no es necesario que sea por ftp, si se le otorgan los permisos 777 funciona sin problemas

No recomiendo usar esa solución, a pesar de que es simple agregar una pequeña regla .htaccess denegando la ejecución de scripts .php y de otros tipos, no me gusta.

Hosting24.com allows image hosts and works perfectly for Chevereto as well.

BlueHost also works fine for Chevereto.
