I'm very excited to show you the amazing improvements made to rcUPLOAD with today's update. I have been working on this update for the last 2 weeks.

The members area along with the site design has been completely recoded from scratch as it had various incompatibility issues with IE browser and it didn't look very good. The select files and upload buttons have been changed to something a lot more formal i would say.

-- Introducing the premium account system:
the site now has a premium account service, the monthly cost is very affordable since rcUPLOAD is a completely free service the premium system is for those users who want to contribute and help with the site maintenance.

-- New sidebar with account information and login form:
the login form was moved out of the site header and placed in the new sidebar, it looks a lot more organized and better.

-- Wider thumbnails:
thumbnails have been resized to a more comfortable dimension.

-- Pagination system:
user's uploaded images page will now load a lot faster with the new pagination system which will limit the results displayed per page.

-- Better actions panel:
with the new actions dropdown menu it is a lot easier to: generate link codes, add images to albums and delete multiple images at once.

-- Account settings:
the account settings panel is now complete, didn't have one before. (well it did but wasn't functional)

-- Albums system:
the albums system has been completely redesigned, looks much better now.

I hope you guys like the changes. All i can say is it was very interesting coding all this system for my chevereto powered image hosting, coding is my passion.

Still for the most part right out of the box... but she is a work in progress... soon adding user login and registration.

I installed NB 1.91 and.. cuz is under GPL V2... I'm editing it for have more functions..

For now :

  • I've added auto-detection of language

  • I've changed theme with a much better created by me using the Rockettheme Nebulae Theme used in all my site.

  • I've changed the "image buttons" with CSS button plus text (auto translated using the language files).

  • Edited the input type="file" with a JQuery plugin, so now I can skinning it.

  • Added JQuery UI animations (Slide left/right for change tab)

  • Added compatibility with Language packs of Chevereto 2+

  • Added Share box into visualizator

  • Added Shadowbox into Visualizator

  • Optimized functions interface code

  • Added Google + to supported sharing service

  • Applied some MOD from this site: Logs; Feautured Pics, Private Pics. (thak to developers ^.^ )

  • Added "Hosted by Name Site" to the Direct BBcode

  • Added 404 image when the original one doesn't exist

  • I'm working about other things  roll
