Update to 3.6.3

I have the previous version which is 3.6.2. I updated it to 3.6.3 by overwriting all the files from the downloaded updated zip file. However when i checked the dashboard it still says 3.6.2. Any thoughts about this?

After uploading and running install it says:

Already installed
Chevereto is already installed and updated.
 
Make sure you uploaded app/app.php and then run /install
 
Update was done. However i wasn't able to upload the file below.

app/vendor/rackspace/php-opencloud/doc/make.bat

Will it impact the installation?
