Fatal Error 400 when connecting to Twitter Account

I am getting the following error when trying to use login from twitter. App API Key and Secret has been created and updated in dashboard.

This is the error I get:

Fatal error [400]: Twitter connect error code:401
Triggered in /app/routes/route.connect.php at line 141

Did you set properly the permissions and you are sure that the keys are correct?

Something pretty odd is happening in your site. As far as I remember yesterday it was the eAcceletator thing. I will check it along with the Facebook issue.
